Exchange Process

Exchanges are made when a product either arrives to you not working or the product fails to work when used properly during the warranty period. Exchanges are only allowed for the same product that was originally purchased. Exchanges are not allowed for products that fail because they are used incorrectly or used for purposes other than that for which they are intended as documented on the product webpage.

Make sure you have read the Exchanges, Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty sections on our Terms and Conditions page. They outline under which conditions we will accept returns, and how we handle exchanges.

Follow these instructions to exchange a product:

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Click on the Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Once logged into your account, click on the Orders link on the left hand side of the page.
  4. Record the order number and the SKU numbers for the items you would like to exchange.
  5. Fill out the request form below making sure to enter the correct order number and item SKU numbers.
  6. Select why you are exchanging the items.
  7. Select the Submit button.
  8. We will confirm receipt of your request via email and indicate whether it is accepted or not.
  9. If your request is accepted, then we will email you instructions about how to ship the product back to us.
  10. Once we receive the product, we will verify its condition (e.g., unopened, unused, original packaging, defective, etc.).
  11. Depending upon the condition of the product and when it was returned, we will exchange the product for you.

Please do not send products back to us without following the steps above.
