Return Process

We strive for complete customer satisfaction with our products and services. However, should you not be satisfied with one of your purchases, just follow the instructions below and we will work with you to help make the return process as easy as possible.

Make sure you have read the Returns, Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty sections on our Terms and Conditions page. They outline under which conditions we will accept returns, and how we handle refunds and store credit should you be due them.

Follow these instructions to return products to us:

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Click on the Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Once logged into your account, click on the Orders link on the left hand side of the page.
  4. Record the order number and the SKU numbers for the items you would like to return.
  5. Fill out the request form below making sure to enter the correct order number and item SKU numbers.
  6. Select the reason for the return.
  7. Select the Submit button.
  8. We will confirm receipt of your request via email and indicate whether it is accepted or not.
  9. If your request is accepted, then we will email you instructions about how to ship the product back to us.
  10. Once we receive the product, we will verify its condition (e.g., unopened, unused, original packaging, defective, etc.).
  11. Depending upon the condition of the product and when it was returned, we may issue you a refund or store credit.

Please do not send products back to us without following the steps above.
